El Dr. Rafael Ernesto Estévez Hernández es un médico cirujano plástico, reconstructivo y estético facultado para ejercer la cirugía plástica en la República Dominicana. Cuenta con el aval de la Sociedad Dominicana de Cirugía Plástica, Reconstructiva y Estética (SODOCIPRE), siendo miembro de su junta directiva en la actualidad. La SODOCIPRE es la filial dominicana de la Federación Iberolatinoamericana de Cirugía Plástica, Reconstructiva y Estética (FILACP), así como de la International Confederation of Plastic Surgery Societies (ICLOPAST).
